On your society, not a slide deck

Book a walkthrough

Bring a registration number and a rough unit count.

A walkthrough is an hour on your layout — towers or villas, how the gate actually works, who will sign in as owner admin. We will not spend it on a generic slide about visitor management.

What we will open

  1. The property tree: a block that matches the building, units you can preview before they are written.
  2. A shift and the roster, so attendance is not a punch looking for a story.
  3. The gate flow: a pass against a unit, and the staff profile that admitted them.
  4. Where residents will sign in, once the unit list is honest.

Who should be in the room

Someone who can become owner admin — usually a committee member or the person who already runs the desk. If the gate supervisor can join for the last twenty minutes, the pass makes more sense than a screenshot.

Bring:

  • The society registration number, if you have it.
  • A rough unit count (less than 50, 50–100, or larger).
  • Whether you sit on the committee, at the desk, or at the gate.
  • Anything true about the layout: mixed towers and villas, a second boom, a gate on a private network.

After you send the form

We reply from the same inbox as Contact us. You will get a time, not a brochure that lists billing we have not built. If the society is not a fit, we will say so — a two-day install that skips the unit list is not something we sell.
